- The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and day with an occupancy of 2 persons.
- For each additional person, we charge per day:
Children aged 3 to 11: €20
Teenagers aged 12 to 17: €40
Adults from 18 years: €60 - Discount for children
Children up to 2 years of age: free of charge
Toddler equipment is available free of charge (on request) - Out of consideration for our other guests, pets are not permitted!

- Comfort & Equipment: Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand and bath towels (one change per week), bathrobe for the duration of the stay, hair dryer
- Sauna & Wellness: Private sauna in the apartment with a view of the vineyards, covered loggia with outdoor bathtub
- Leisure & Relaxation: sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, fireplace with barbecue facilities, aromatic herb garden, ski and bicycle depot, hiking backpacks and hiking poles
- Extras for Kids: toddler equipment and cot (to be specified at the time of booking), small playground
- Mobility & Parking: BrixenCard with all the advantages, bus stop only 100 m away, uncovered parking lot
Services at an extra charge
- Breakfast service with fresh, regional products (order & pay directly via the regional delivery service BRINGZ)
- Use of the washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment in the laundry room (€5 per washing or drying)
- Farm and vineyard tours followed by a wine tasting
Important information
Important
- Since July 2014, a tourist tax has been applied throughout South Tyrol. In our municipality, it amounts to €2.60 per person per day (from the age of 14). We kindly ask you to pay this amount on-site at the end of your stay.
- The cost of final cleaning is included in the booking price; however, we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if necessary.
- With receipt of the 30% deposit and the confirmation email, your booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in written form.
- Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account and use your name as subject for the transaction:

- For stays of fewer than 4 nights, a one-time surcharge of €80 applies.
- Payment: Please settle the bill in cash the evening or the morning before you leave. We accept payment by cash card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard) and by cash. Please note that the cash limit in Italy amounts to max. €2,999.
- The apartments are available for you to occupy from 3 p.m. Please inform us in case you are checking in later. We request that you vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 90 days before the start of your stay, no cancellation fee will be charged – only the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total agreed price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
We kindly ask you to inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
- We are looking forward to your visit. However, it may happen that you cannot take your holiday and have to cancel it at short notice. In order to prevent you and from unnecessary fees, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
