At our winery in Brixen, we give foremost importance to a respectful approach to nature and pursue sustainable cultivation methods that promote biodiversity. The vines are grown without the use of any chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Instead, biodynamic preparations, herbal extracts and plant extracts are used, which strengthen the soil and the plants in a natural way.

Wild & Genuine
Our biodynamic winery in South Tyrol specialises in the production of “wild and genuine” natural wines. In doing so, we make sure that the winemaking process interferes as little as possible with the natural processes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the fermentation is based on wild yeasts. Artificial additives and filtration are avoided. Thus, the wines are the result of minimal intervention, which gives them a “wild and genuine” character.
